Historic Restoration of the Old Danish Military Hospital, St. Croix

Repair and restoration of Historic Public Buildings, territory wide

Construction of new waste water treatment plant and collection systems, territory wide

Reconstruction of the Departments of Education and Labor Facilities on Hospital St., St. Croix

Repair of the wireless communication system, Virgin Islands Police Department, St. Croix

Financing the construction of the cargo facility, Eniheid Pond, St. John

Renovation of community health center at Charles Howard Hospital, Department of Health, St. Croix

Financing of the passenger terminal facility at Red Hook, St. Thomas

Renovation of the Kings Alley Hotel, St. Croix
